I started taking the stairs up to second floor every week in the library instead of taking the elevator. This was a big step for me, as I probably haven’t taken the stairs since I started visiting the library!

Instead of having the boys take out my groceries from the store, I started pushing that car to my car myself. I can’t remember the last time that I had done this, and then loading the groceries in the car myself, so I thought this could be a great way for me to start adding some type of movement and exercise in my life while taking Phentermine.

To make up for how much Phentermine costs, and to add exercise to my weekly life, I only have the cleaning girls come twice a month now. The other two weeks, I do the work myself, sweeping the floors, shaking the rugs and washing down the end tables and the bathrooms. I had become quite lazy after I realized how much exercise I really get doing all of this just twice a month!

Instead of stopping the car to pick up the mail, I park my car at the top of the driveway and actually walk back down the hill to get my mail. Just walking up and down that driveway everyday is a good bit of exercise that has really been helping me in my diet plan.
