I started taking the stairs up to second floor every week in the library
instead of taking the elevator. This was a big step for me, as I probably
haven’t taken the stairs since I started visiting the library!

Instead of having the boys take out
my groceries from the store, I started pushing that car
to my car myself. I can’t remember the last time

Instead of stopping the car to pick up the
mail, I park my car at the top of the driveway and actually
